[gst-devel] fpsdisplaysink usage

The error I get when I use ./configure for gst-bad-plugins 10.18 is
"Requested gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.27" but version of Gstreamer is 10.25".

I will try moving to 10.27 or use other approaches to measure fps.
