[gst-devel] More pre-releases! -good 0.10.24.4, -ugly 0.10.15.4, -bad 0.10.19.4

And here are some more pre-releases for gst-plugins-good, -ugly and
-bad. These are hopefully the last pre-releases before the final
release.

Please test them thoroughly and file blocker bugs for all regressions or
other major issues you find at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Changes since last pre-release:

  good:
    - Minor updates to the docs build
    - Fix flushing seek behaviour of imagefreeze
    - Prevent crashes in jpegdec on corrupted files

  bad:
    - Build fix for the gaudieffects plugin
    - Minor updates to the docs build
    - Fix for a race condition in vp8dec, that could have
      caused an infinite loop
    - Don't try to add JFIF metadata to non-YUV jpegs,
      this isn't supported by the spec
    - Detect out-of-order input timestamps in qtmux
      and try to generate better ones. Should improve
      simple x264enc ! qtmux pipelines

  ugly:
    - Minor updates to the docs build
