[gst-devel] More pre-releases! -good 0.10.24.5, -ugly 0.10.15.5

Hi,

and here's another round of pre-releases for gst-plugins-good and -ugly.
gst-plugins-bad stayed the same.

Please test them thoroughly and file blocker bugs for all regressions or
other major issues you find at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Changes since last pre-release:

  good:
    - Fix timestamping of deinterlace in fields=all mode

  ugly:
    - Fix flow return handling of mp3parse to not ignore
      some errors
