[gst-devel] RTSPsrc slow transition PLAYING->PAUSE in windows.

Seems like its a bug.
I've filed bug report https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=636893
Will be happy if anyone could find some time to look into this and fix it.
