Changes from previous pre-releases:

Core:
  - change/add some (unused so far) datetime API
  - fix leak
  - add pkg-export info to GIRs
  - don't re-define _USE_MATH_DEFINES

Base:
  - fix some template leaks in *decodebin*
  - add pkg-export info to GIRs
  - disable streamsynchronizer magic for release
  - add --with-gtk={2,3} configure option, default to 2
  - ffmpegcolorspace: Fix IYU1 support
  - fix a couple of tag leaks and unit test leaks

Good:
  - fix ref leak in deinterlace element
  - deinterlace: Flush QoS and history before
    applying segment; implement field history
    flushing (fixes regressions with some
    DVD menus)
  - add --with-gtk={2,3} configure option, default to 2
  - icydemux: fix use-after-free of taglist

Python:
  - update for GstDateTime and GstDiscoverer API changes
  - Get the _PyGst_API symbol from the proper module


Ubuntu users can test these pre-releases by using the GStreamer PPA.

Please test them thoroughly with all your favourite apps, and let us
 know of any regressions or other important issues by filing blocker
 bugs in bugzilla: http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Further pre-releases will follow as needed. If all goes well, releases
 should really happen some time this week. Sorry for the delay!

Users compiling against the unstable Gtk+-2.9x development API may want
 to pass the --disable-examples and --disable-tests configure options
 when compiling the plugin modules.
