[gst-devel] stream my encoded mp4 video using gst-rtsp library.

I am a newbie to gstreamer and wondering how to stream my mpeg4 encoded video
using x264 or anything by gst rtsp. I read a lot of posts and examples but
not found a way to register my custom callback in the rtsp library.
I am actually trying to use this library to stram rtsp video to my
cellphone. 
Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanx in  addvance.
