[gst-devel] Questions on dynamic resolution/frame rate changes for video capture/encode pipeline

Hi All,

I am running a video capture/encode pipeline, if I want to change the resolution and frame rate dynamically, whose responsibility it is to initiate these changes (suppose it is application?), and if so what camera source element (such as v4l2src ) and video encoder element (such as x264enc) need to do to response to these changes?
