[gst-devel] Interest in Matlab plugin loader

It would be great to use Octave, however there doesn't appear to be a
compiler for Octave scripts. One could use liboctave directly, but what I'm
thinking about is allowing non-programmers the ability to create processing
elements from a Matlab (or Octave) language.
