[gst-devel] Where can I get x264enc, x264dec, rtph264pay and depay?

i tried also with webcam images

autovideosrc ! udpsink host = ... port = ...
Seeting Pipeline To PAUSED . . . 
Pipeline is Live and does not need PRERROL ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING . . . 
New clock : GstSystemClock

Receiver

... udpsrc ! autovideosink

But, i cant see de webcam images
