how to play transport stream file fluently at the start?

hello,
when i play transport stream file with the following command:
gst-launch filesrc location=./482.ts  ! mpegtsdemux program-number=103 name=demux ! queue ! mad ! audioconvert ! alsasink demux. ! queue ! mpeg2dec ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink

the output picture will stop about 1 second, then start to play normally. i want to play fluently  at the start,
how can i do?
