BUG! Gstreamer caps does not get executed in Windows XP/Vista/7 command line using gst-launch -v

No, its not a copy paste error, its showing wrong format in the mailing
list. I have the pipe line working in Linux, and same simulation does not
work in Windows. The only culprit in Windows for this is as following part

example: udpsrc port=4446 caps="application/x-rtp, more=...., more=....,"
