Pre-releases #2! GStreamer core, -base, -good, -ugly, -bad

Hi,

a second set of pre-releases for GStreamer core, gst-plugins-base,
gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-ugly, and gst-plugins-bad is now available

Ubuntu users will also be able to test these pre-releases by using the
GStreamer PPA (as soon as they get uploaded there).

Please test them thoroughly with all your favourite apps, and let us
know of any regressions or other important issues by filing blocker
bugs in bugzilla: http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Further pre-releases will follow as needed. If all goes well, releases
should happen around the beginning of May.

Changes since last pre-relases:

Core:
 - baseparse: fix deadlock when setting index
 - basetransform: don't unref element until the
   function is done using it
 - pad: unlock before freeing the cache to avoid
   deadlock
 - basetransform: fix negotiation regression
   (e.g. with videoscale)
 - registry: when removing a cached-but-no-longer-
   existing plugin, only remove features that
   belong to it (fixes 0 features showing up when
   a plugin .so/.dll file is renamed)
 - revert GstBus to non-lockfree version for release

Base:
 - fix build issues with g-i and -Wl,--as-needed
 - fix invalid memory access in videoscale in some
   corner cases
 - fix regression in videoscale for some formats,
   when using orc 0.4.13
 - fix corner-case deadlock in audiosrc/ringbuffer

Good:
 - rename libgstqtdemux.* to libgstquicktime.*
 - register 3gppmux element (and deprecate gppmux)
 - some leak fixes
 - rtpsession: Remove incomplete support for RTCP FIR
 - fix some index-setting deadlocks in elements

Ugly:
 - fix some index-setting deadlocks in elements

Bad:
 - fix deckling/linsys checks and dist all headers
 - opencv: make work with openCV 2.2
 - gme: fix infinite looping by fading out after
   two loops


There'll likely be an Orc 0.4.14 release before the final release of
these GStreamer packages, to iron out some more issues that popped up.
In the mean time users should use either Orc 0.4.11 or Orc 0.4.13 (with
ORC_CODE=backup in case of problems).
