Pre-releases #3! GStreamer core, -base, -good, -ugly, -bad

Hi,

a third set of pre-releases for GStreamer core, gst-plugins-base,
gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-ugly, and gst-plugins-bad is now available

Ubuntu users will also be able to test these pre-releases by using the
GStreamer PPA (as soon as they get uploaded there).

Please test them thoroughly with all your favourite apps, and let us
know of any regressions or other important issues by filing blocker bugs
in bugzilla: http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Further pre-releases will follow as needed. If all goes well, releases
should happen around the beginning of May.

(some of those are not blockers for this release though).

Changes since last pre-release:

Core:
 - fix missing include which caused problems
   when compiling gstreamermm (which included
   gst/gstindex.h directly instead of gst/gst.h)

Base:
 - orc C backup code generated with orc 0.4.14

Good:
 - quicktime plugin renamed again, this time to *isomp4*

Ugly:
 - only translation updates

Bad:
 - more deckling dist/build fixes
 - tsdemux leak fixes
 - chopmydata fixes
 - orc C backup code generated with orc 0.4.14


Orc 0.4.14 is the recommended Orc version for these releases (or Orc
0.4.11 if that is not available).
