How to do Video+Audio Live streaming in iPad using Gstreamer

Hi,

Is it possible to do Live Streaming of Video+Audio in iPad from iOS machine
using GStreamer?

If yes,which protocol I can use RTP or HTTP?

Could someone please explain from where I can start it?
