suggested patch to gst-python-0.10.22/gst-python.spec

Hello

I am trying to build RPMS for gstreamer under RHEL 6.1 and I use the spec
files provided by gstreamer.

I've encountered an error with gst-python patch and I suggest the following
fix (which fixed the problem for me)

1) after creating the package I get an error about files installed but not
packed (/usr/include/gstreamer-0.10/gst/pygst.h pygstexceptions.h
pygstminiobject.h pygstvalue.h)

2) To fix I added the 4 files to the %files section in the rpm spec.
