How to change rtspsrc source location while PLAYING without change state.

Hi,

may you please elaborate what you're planning to do? If you mean that
you want to dinamically modify the stream being received by rtspsrc
without a state change, I'm afraid it can't be done in any simple
ways. For what reason you cannot change the element state?
