[gst-devel] Plungin GL installation with Mingw

Hi,

It s me again.
I have just realized that there is no dll object with libgstopengl and 
libgstgl in /usr/local/lib and /usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10 ( contrary 
to the other lib ).
It may be the cause of my problem. How can I generate those missing ( I 
guess)  files ?
