[gst-devel] Plungin GL installation with Mingw

Hi,
In the plugin gl lib documentation, they talk about using cmake to
build libgstopen.dl for mingw32.
However there is no cmakelist.txt in gst-plugin gl repertory...
How could I generate this file ?
