[gst-devel] What is 'streaming thread'?

Hi Tim,
 Just a small cross question on this:
 How one can control these no. of threads creation on a single
pipeline ? or if I put it in another way, how these threads get
created in gstreamer ?
e.g. does it depend on the no. of "elements" in a single pipeline or
some other factor matters.
