Gstreamer-sharp and RTSP Serveer

Has anyone successfully built GstRtspSgtreamer apps using the OSSBuild
download of GST for Windows?

I speak virtually no C# or .NET, but I did get a GST# rtspsrc app off the
internet to compile.  Now I'd like to have the sender to go with it.

Parallel question:  I've looked for over a day at everything I can think of
to google but can only find the tiniest set of GST# examples and absolutely
no documentation regarding the API.  What part of Gst should I use: using
Gst.rtsp????what
