Patch for sunaudio to work on NetBSD

Hi,

The attached patch makes the sunaudio code compile on NetBSD.
Not all parts of the sunaudio code have NetBSD counterparts, most
notably I have not found a proper way to do flushing of input and
output audio devices separate.

Some testing has been performed, but if anyone has access to a NetBSD
machine, please try it out and provide feedback.
