Filtercaps for Webcam

Hy,

I have a webcam for which I cant figure out the right Filtercaps.
If I try:

/gst-launch ksvideosrc name='Web-Camera' ! video/x-raw-rgb, bpp=32,
depth=24, width=640, height=480, framerate=30/1 ! ffmpegcolorspace !
theoraenc ! queue ! oggmux ! queue ! filesink location=C:\\Temp\\test.avi/

I get the Error:
