Filtercaps for Webcam

...OK after some testing I think the Caps that I´ve postet are the Caps of
ksvideosrc in general and not the Caps of my Webcam.
So I think my Cam is not supported by gstreamer: 
This is what I´m working with

Any Idea why it isnt supported?
