Unable to play mpeg video using gst-launch

if you are not sure of the decoder you must use
gst-launch-0.10 -v filesrc location=/home/mmes/Videos/MovieTra1950_3.mpeg !
decodebin ! autovideosink
or else  mpg
gst-launch-0.10 -v filesrc location=/home/mmes/Videos/MovieTra1950_3.mpeg !
jpegdec ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink
