Freezing git master for GStreamer 0.10 releases real soon now

Hello hackers,

just a quick heads-up that we're hoping to freeze git master of
gstreamer core and gst-plugins-{base,good,ugly,bad} for releases real
soon now, hopefully some time next week.

So if you have patches that you think should be reviewed before then,
regressions that you noticed but haven't got around to filing in
bugzilla yet, please let us know as soon as possible!
