gstreamer on windows and sound card output

Hello,

I would like to know how can i set the sound card in windows with
directsoundsink, for example, in linux i use alsasink and i set the sound
card with property device and that's it, but with directsoundsink i don't
know how it's done......

Can somebody help me???
