rtspsrc Pipeline creation

Hi,
       I am trying to create rtsp pipeline creation in my own source code.
when i used gst-launch tool to see that it's possible to construct this
pipeline:

$ gst-launch rtspsrc location=rtsp://192.168.2.60/jeans.mp4 ! rtph264depay !
ffdec_h264 ! autovideosink

 Its works fine. when I tried the same inside a program... I create the 4
elements, add it to the pipeline and then I linked it between.

 I runned my application i facing the Internal data flow error.
