Google Summer of Code deadline

For those interested in doing a Summer of Code project with GStreamer
this year I would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting a
proposal is this Friday. We do recommend you submitting your proposal as
soon as possible though as it allows more time for feedback and editing
and thus a greater chance of your proposal being accepted.
