Question on encodebin

Hi Edward,

I am using encodebin for a recording pipeline. In my application, I need to
control properties of encoders like bitrate etc.
In order to do this, I need to get reference of encoder element selected by
encodebin

Is there any way to get reference to audio and video encoder element
selected by encodebin?
In a bad way, I can traverse through each child element to check which one
I need but I wanted to know any clean method.
