Missing element: MPEG-4 Video decoder
U don't have mpeg4 decoder, need install gst-plugin-bad<http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/modules/gst-plugins-bad.html> or gst-ffmpeg<http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/modules/gst-ffmpeg.html>
