i have installed the gst-plugin-bad and gst-ffmpeg.

$ ls gstreamer-0.10/libgstffmpeg.so
gstreamer-0.10/libgstffmpeg.so

U don’t have mpeg4 decoder, need install gst-plugin-bad or gst-ffmpeg
