"Internal data flow error" in rtspsrc element only in certain IP cameras

Hi,

I had a similar problem with dtmfsrc on blackfin:

But in my case the error was on configuring the latency, not querying it.

I had to create a branch of the plugin with the fix since until now it has
not been fixed. Do some inspection on rtspsrc, may it is not handling
latency queries well.
