Using shm for record and rtsp,but when the record start the rtsp is not stream

       I am using shmsink for share the source,but it seem to be not worked,I
start the rtsp streamer first,and it work,then I start record ,and it works
too ,but at the same time, the rtsp streamer is not data. At last,when the
record is finished,the rtsp work again too.What's the problem ? anyone help
?
