gnlfilesource problem under windows

Hy,

I'm trying to use gnlfilesource under windows.
I tried this pipe:

C:\Program Files (x86)\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.7\bin>gst-launch.exe
gnlfilesource location=testvid.ogv caps=video/x-raw-yuv
media-start=1000000000 duration=5000000000 media-duration=5000000000 !
theoraenc ! oggmux ! filesink location=blahh.ogv

but I get:

I think the problem is the "file:" in the filepath.
Does somebody know where this is coming from?
