Resizing video with gstramer-vaapi

Hi ! 
I have to test gstreamer-vaapi on many simultanous videos but I'm facing a
problem : 
I didn't success in scaling the video display with gst-launch command in
order to see many video simultaneously...
I want to use videoscale (or/and videocrop) but I have to use vaapidownload
to make it work and it's not performant...
And I didn't find other solution...
Have you got any idea to solve this problem ??


It must look simple for you, but to me it's a problem ! 
Using with  one single video, gstreamer-vaapi is just awesome !
