Cannot build gst-python-0.10.22

gst-python are the python bindings for the GStreamer 0.10.x API. It
wants GStreamer core/base 0.10.x (0.10.36 are the latest versions).

0.11.92 are preview releases for the upcoming GStreamer 1.0 API. The
python bindings there are based on gobject-introspection and py-gi and
quite different (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Novacut/GStreamer1.0 for some
more info and examples).
