Missing "libgstpulse.so" in gstreamer-plugins-good

Hi all.

Is it not guaranteed that libgstpulse.so (representing "pulsesink" plugin)
will be available via the package gstreamer-plugins-good
(gstreamer-plugins-good-0.10.26-1.fc14.i686).
