HTTP Streaming - Unauthorized

Hi,

      When I tried the (
http://192.168.2.215/videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd= ) same command the web
browser it was working fine.

       When I am trying in gstremer using playbin I am facing the Issue.
this is command I tried --> gst-launch playbin
uri=http://192.168.2.215/videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=
