It sets the wrong caps on the output buffers.

Has anyone had success getting rtpvrawdepay to handle RGB?  I've tried
modifying the caps on the output buffer to get 8-bit greyscale working, but
with no success for RGB.  What is the exact problem with the caps for RGB?
