Missing plug-in?

I m trying to run the following command, but get an error:


$ gst-launch filesrc location=bird.avi ! decodebin2 name=dec ! queue !
ffmpegcolorspace ! autovideosink dec. ! queue ! audioconvert ! audioresample
! autoaudiosink
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
