I have experience in OpenMax for video, So I can start with something on
video. Codecs should also be fine.

In addition to what DS said, let us know which area you are interested
in (audio video, codecs, ...). Also try building 0.11 and run the tests.
Fixing failing/unported tests and porting remaining plugins would be
very welcome.
