about video/x-raw-yuv , video/x-raw-rgb

hi I am installing gstreamer 0.10.36 along with other plug-in onto ubuntu12.04
LTS *SERVER*.
my program which uses these two video/x-raw-yuv and video/x-raw-rgb runs
fine on local machine having ubuntu 12.04 having gstreamer 0.10.36 along
with all other plug-ins .

I am unable to find a way to install these two components
video/x-raw-rgbvideo/x-raw-
yuv onto server .

What is  the procedure to install it and most imp is in which package they
are included ?
