Missing DV and ProRes codecs after Windows install

New to GStreamer.  I have installed GStreamer on Windows, using the Custom
option so I could get the ffmpeg plugin and some others.  However, when I
try to play video encoded with ProRes or DV/DVCPRO/HDV, I get a message
that the codec is not available.  Can someone tell me how to get those
codecs?
