It's actually with the underscore... Maybe I should remove it when porting to 1.0.
@Burek, as discussed on IRC, you were missing the dependencies when you
configured gst-plugins-bad.
The plugin depends on libgudev-dev and libusb-1.0-dev (as well as kernel headers
for /usr/include/linux/uvcvideo.h).
