mp4mux creating non-seekable files

I just realized that I did NOT put the command line in - and then I realized
that 
the command line has streamable=true (which plays havoc with seeking in
windows)

Sorry, NEVER mind - still hoping someone has some feedback upon the thread
I posted about separating the capture/encoding with the h264parse/mp4mux?
