[gmail] RTSP control

Cheers Marc,

I currently attach the unwanted streams to fakesinks in the pad-added
callbacks. It's works but it requires RTSP srcs are instantiated in a
particular order - which is ugly/clumsy/awful & sure to cause problems one
day. I'll look into the caps filter approach.
