How to build gst-plugins-bad component WASAPI

How can I compile the component WASAPI?
It is part of the plugins "bad".
I use the command ". / Cerberus-uninstalled build gst-plugins-bad-1.0".
The compiler writes the following information but I do not see WASAPI.
