problem with private/teletext element

hi all

i have a problem to stream tv on my ubuntu 12.04
, message is:

is it possible to disable this teletext check ??

gst-launch-0.10 playbin2

Le pipeline est actif et n'a pas besoin de phase PREROLL...
Passage du pipeline à la phase PLAYING...
