Transcoding VOB->h264+aac

Hi all!

I'm having quite some problems trying to setup a transcoding-pipeline
for {subject}. gst-launch script is attached and it also available here
http://pastebin.com/d7w4a7ej

If i comment out either audio path or video path the pipeline works as
expected. (If i substitute the muxer at the end for default audio and
video sinks it also works.)

But when i run it as is the pipeline never leaves preroll. This is run
on a ubuntu 12.04 AMD64 machine.

Am i doing any newbie errors here? Why does this not work?
