high latency livestreaming question (h264/aac, rtp rtcp), playback in gstreamer-0.10 a/v doesn't sync a/v

maybe i posted to early (RTFM)
I just found documentation / examples about using gstrtpbin to play the stream, will try this first.
Some questions up to now:
Is this possible per gst-launch at all (How to get the recv pads (rtpbin.recv_rtp_src_%d_%d_%d) ? ) 
Maybe someone has a working example pipeline?

Aslo tried to play it in a playbin:
gst-launch-0.10 -vvv -m  playbin2 uri=file:///home/rs/Desktop/test2.sdp
doesn't work

i will continue to search the web and read the docs...
